Pros

I enjoyed it because you don't really have a boss. Just open the boxes and put the things on the shelves. I like improving so I would time myself and try to beat that time everyday so it was fun.

Cons

Throwing the line. It's terrible - well only the backstock part. At least at my location there was one person on the other side of the line (the metal rolly thing you see in the back room) doing backstock (overstock) and the rest were just putting the boxes on palettes right behind us. If you got stuck doing backstock you'd be running up and down the line until the truck was empty.

Pros

target is one of those jobs that's good to start out at. it has great flexibility with your schedule. and you get to interact with customers on a daily basis.

Cons

you sometimes encounter an angry guest. the number of hours you get goes down in the summer time, and up around the holidays. and the pay starts out kind of low.
