Pros

Target has a positie reputation in the retail community and with its customer base in general. A lot of the individuals who choose to work at Target over other retailers do so because of its public image.

Cons

Target fails to take action when senior management is failing to meet expectations or contributing to a negative work environment. As long as a store/district/group remain profitable they do not address issues, even when serious violations take place.
