Pros

A great Company to start your career. Target has awsome benefits and perks and on top of that discounts at the store and other retailers.

Cons

Long days during the work week. 10 hr work days are a minumum there. 4th Quarter will be a mess if not planned properly.

they suck at training...leave you fending for yourself too soon, low pay, crappy benifits

Pros

The Fast Fun and Friendly Culture A lot of room for advancement Loves to promote from within Management does make an effort to work around your schedule (even if it seems like they don't sometimes) The company really tries to make work fun Fun Events (Food, games, contests) Great pay for management

Cons

Retail Dealing with guests angry about Targets policies Some positions get minimal hours Starting pay is low for some positions Sometimes your given too many tasks than the amount of time your given to complete them
