      10% discount on everything in the store including Christmas trees Depending on your position, your responsibilities could include: Capital and factory capacity analysis Budgetary plans and tracking Project valuation and prioritization Cost reduction and expense controls Financial statement analysis Systems implementation Pricing analysis and reporting Management reporting

      Cons

      If you are the cart attendant, you have to clean the bathroom. Aren't allowed to form cart-attendant labor union In addition to Target's lack of labor unions, several employees have stated that, during new employee training sessions, videos and lectures included strong anti-union messages. Often, managers have threatened employees with losing their job if they are caught trying to organize a union, similar in fashion to Wal-Mart's practices.[78]

      Easy, gets boring quickly.

      Pros

      I worked there as a cashier for a summer job and it was bland, not too exciting. It was easy though, took less then a few hours to get the hang of working the cash register and bagging doesn't really take any brain power. The customers there are usually a lot more talkative and nicer than other places like walmart so its easy to engage in a conversation while scanning items.

      Cons

      I would recommend working there for a part-time summer job. It gets boring really fast doing the same thing over and over again and managers sometimes standing right over your shoulder. They also aren't clear on when the breaks are to be taken so you kind of feel like a kid asking every time you go into work.
