Pros

If you are a kid just out of high school, it will give you work experience but be sure to stay living with your parents, so they pay all the bills. If your a bored housewife it will give you something to do while your kids are in school, or while your husband watches them at night.

Cons

Minimum wage, hours being cut to 8 to 12 per week, if the powers that be take a dislike to you for what ever reason, you will never get promoted or even given the chance to transfer. If you need to support a family and you find yourself at this store, your in trouble financially. you will never be recognized for a job well done, the job responsibilities will never be clearly explained. poor training.

Pros

Pay was decent for part time work.

Cons

HR doesn’t care about your full-time job or family life. You’ll get hired for hours/days you asked for (part time) and then they will schedule you more. HR doesn’t care about your full-time job or family. He will hide and ignore you until they’re done with you! Seasonal workers beware!! They will over work you and affect your full time job and family!!

Pros

Pay and Bonus Rollover PTO Good Leadership Experience (to then move on from) Good Resume Builder Strong Internship Program

Cons

(Strictly for those in HR) - 50+ hours expected each week - you work every other weekend - you work all holidays - you work 10+ hour shifts and are expected to work mids (I.e,. 9-7, 10-8) - strong corporate political environment - you will be asked to run the truck in the back, pack online orders, unload freight onto shelves, hop on a register… etc. if you are looking for an actual HR professional role, this one is not for you. If you’re looking for a retail management role with a slight hint of HR, this would be perfect for you. (Especially if planning on moving up as a Store Director)
