Pros

Semi-flexible scheduling. Very little issues with requesting time off. Decent benefits for full-time employees. Fantastic hourly wage. High standards for employees (mostly).

Cons

Guest-centric scheduling means little-to-no social life and unreliable hours. Over the years, management has moved further away from employee contentment. High turnover. Due to increased hourly wage, they have cut back immensely on full-time employees and instead opt to have several employees for a couple hours apiece. Massive daily workload for individual employees throughout the day.
