Pros

Great Dental and Medical Insurance, 401(k) 5%< Holiday pay

Cons

I think it depends on the scale of the store whether it is a small store or a large one, but in my experience, the grocery department is a little more difficult than others as there is a constant flow of replenishment of merchandise receiving goods fresh produce

Pros

I love working at my current target because I love my team and I love my team lead. They are some of the best people ever and creates a really nice culture at our specific target.

Cons

We don't get paid enough, we are frequently understaffed, Target was wishy washy on pride and only sent pride products to sell to certain stores this year. Basically all the problems that all big retail stores have these days
