Pros

1. Decent, progressive-minded place to work if you live in a larger city. 2. Diverse workforce (at stores located in diverse areas). 3. Competitive pay and benefits for retail. 4. Can transfer nearly anywhere in the country (without pay being lowered). 5. Flexible schedules.

Cons

1. Progressive-minded corporate policies not well-instituted in more conservative markets. 2. Lack of diversity (in less diverse areas). 3. Poorly trained HR staff. 4. Meritorious promotion is questionable: Team Leader positions seem to go to friends & favorites. 5. Overhiring makes it difficult to consistently work full-time.
