Pros

I really enjoyed the team environment, small location and customer engagement.

Cons

I got frustrated with the unpredictable nature of the job and the lack of growth opportunities.

Pros

Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of how a small format store runs.

Cons

Tasks will vary wildly depending on the needs of the store. Because small format tends to have less employees any call outs will require active team members to be flexible and support different departments. This can mean your assigned work area can become neglected or that you will be required to complete tasks outside your job requirements. While learning new skills and positions without receiving training similar to the large format stores. Most of the learning depends on you the individual.
