Pros

Amazing company with great benefits. The position of VM is one of the best in the store as you get to work globally between GM and Specialty Sales. There's a ton of flexibility in the role to be creative and innovative.

Cons

There is a lot asked of you when you work for a big box retailer. The job can be spoiled very quickly when you have a manager who doesn't sympathize with that fact and adds more to your plate, especially when it's outside your role.
