Pros

Great Environment, very friendly, team work. Great benefits and opportunities for improvement. Thorough interview process. Paid holidays off.

Cons

Retail itself has its cons. Working long hours during the holidays, you have to be willing to work fast paced and long days.

Pros

My experience at Target was exceptional. In the role of the VML I was able to use business and sales analytics in a creative way. The benefits and time off were fair and you were able to take time off when needed.

Cons

I don't have any negatives besides the growth plan for visual merchandising with the company. The role of the VML is valued and very beneficial to Target's sales
