None, they hired people without all the information, attracted talent selling benefits or growth opportunities that you will never have

Cons

Terrible leadership team, they are firing a lot of Colombian team members to hire people from Central America. They sell a smoke bomb offering growth opportunities, but when any role position is open TA only considers people they like, not according to performance review. Agents & staff salaries are pretty below to the market, especially because the offices are located in Colombian cities that are extremely expensive like Medellin, COL Zero transparency at all with all the internal processes

Amazing and very employee-friendly. I worked as a VA and they provided me with everything.

Cons

They are not tolerating bad behavior so better stay away if you are doing so. Well, luckily I have with good attitude and always follow the protocol.
