Dont get yourself blinded with their good benefits, facilities and free food. They only retain the best people who can enjoy those.

Cons

There is no room for improvement. If they cant find the skills in you, they will not be willing to train you rather, look for someone externally. You cannot get a single mistake. 1 mistake will be 2 countdowns before your termination because there is no clearing period for all your mistakes. Even hired managers are closer to termination if they got a final written warning before they got promoted. They are not the best, but also not the worst. See to it that if you work here, nobody will help you. If you are performing, They'll make up stories about you to give you a bad name.

I have been with other big wigs before and I have not experienced a company that really is a people-first organization and not just on the brochure.

Cons

The fact that the positive vision of the founders and the people is way past the available technology to make it happen.
