Pros

Multiple sites to choose from, benefits are at par or better than other BPO companies, nature of work is not as stressful

Cons

Salaries in the sites outside Metro Manila are significantly lower and not aligned, old culture is slowly being replaced by a new one that is like other BPO companies

TaskUs is quite a new BPO out there but it's disrupting the BPO Market through unique core values and company culture

Cons

The company is not yet fully structured which may be difficult for those who are used to corporate bureaucracy.

Pros

TaskUs is a really ridiculously good company. Our CEO Bryce Maddock and President Jaspar Weirr are outstanding is ensuring employee satisfaction and approval. The work atmosphere is very great and welcoming. We are not entirely based on tons of policy because everyone is free to themselves and contribute to the company's success.

Cons

There were some setbacks at first since TaskUs ballooned from 1k to 5K employees in just one year but our hard working support and through the inspiring and enigmatic leadership of the higher ups, we pulled through and standardized most of the processes.
