They have a lot to give to you! People-first culture indeed when you are in Operations.

Cons

Good on Operations but kind of lopsided if you are in Support Team. Currently maximized on coverage. Hope we could get additional staff.

They are considerate when it come to all employees and making sure that we have the same treatment. Best benefits and supports. Recruitment team is super accommodating and easy to deal with.

Cons

So far, I cannot think of anything.

My Taskus Journey

Pros

Taskus is a people first before profit company. One the best benefits is the scholarship program. I will not be here for 6 years and counting if taskus is not the best company.

Cons

In terms of basic salary I know that the those with many experience outside taskus offers a good amount. But to us (internally promoted from teammate to support) with the same jobs as from the external hires their salary is much higher than us. We gained experience from the inside (within taskus) I am pertaining to the department were I am now. 8 hours is not enough to finish our work every day because lack of manpower. Sometimes we are not taking our last break (15 mins) We can take a leave but if we get back to work from taking a leave a lot of pending deliverables we need to finish.
