What I feel is due to the flat hierarchy, there is a good rapport between the senior leadership team and the rest of the team members. Even when taking a majority of decisions, everybody concerned with the project is allowed to contribute their opinion, and, if the ideas seem commendable, then it is even held into account. The exchange of ideas becomes much more apparent. If I am asked, I would say that the flat culture is working well for this organization.

Cons

Sometimes, have to put in long working hours, depending on the work.

I am working with this company as a Data Analyst, and I must say that I got the job role that I desired most. Plus, the technologies that I am working on has helped me to further enhance my technical abilities. I would thank the management for having me such an opportunity and believing in me for the same.
