      One of the best company with employee friendly policies

      Pros

      1.If you have good manager you will get WFH and timing flexibility. 2. Lot of project where work is available in latest cutting edge technologies. 3. Employee friendly policies where you can carry forward Paid leave and paid leave is equivalent to your actual salary not just basic. 4. Free Breakfast before 9 and discounted snacks after 7 PM. 5. Good Insurance where 5 lac floater medical for employee family and an additional 5 lac floater cover separately for parents ( total 10 lac cover) 6. Term insurance, accidental insurance and Critical insurance on top of medical cover. 7. Free yearly health checkup. 8. On campus Gym, TT Room, Carrom Room, Synthetic Badminton court,, as well as Dormitories. 9. Lot of fun activities every month. 10. Quarterly Team outing budget as well as yearly team outing budget total 6000 yearly per employee. 11. In Fixed CTC part they do not add insurance, food coupon and gratuity benefit. 12. Flexibility to chose low contribution or high contribution PF options. Overall I was really happy with so many addition benefits which were not known or mentioned in offer letter before joining.

      Cons

      1. Location is biggest con here, since it is in koramangala direct bus is an issue if you are coming from ORR, so if you are not staying nearby it takes lot of time to reach here, people staying after marthahalli may take 1-1.5 hour to reach office 2. No office cab/bus. 3. No commute allowance. 4. Reception is most unwelcoming compare to other department.

      Thank you for the feedback. Tavant is centrally located , and well connected with public transportation which are easily accessible, hence there are no company provided cabs.

      Pros

      Tavant is fun, innovative place. They have good pay, health insuarance benefits, and it was one of my best decisions to join Tavant. To sum it up : 1. Good environment 2.Great Culture 3.Good work-life balance

      Best place for freshers to learn. provide opportunity to work what you aspire to become. work culture is good.

      Cons

      Nothing major, they need to improve on their cafeteria.
