      Onsite opportunities are dependent on visa and project requirement, hence based on the skill and requirement the Delivery group will look into this. If there are issues related to specific managers, we request employees to reach out to their respective HRBPs. We review all the HR policies on an annual basis and on need basis if required. However if there are certain policies that need to be re looked, employees are encouraged to write to HR. Tavant has always emphasized on learning at your pace and we have contents on our Learning Website that helps and enables all our employees to scale up. However there can be instances that learning can be completely project driven based on the technologies we are working on for which necessary training are arranged.

      Last 6 years I am working in this company Top management approachable Employee oriented company. lot's fun activity through out the year decent hike

      less long term project So you can not stick to one skills / technology. you have to change the skills set as per new project

      Across all verticals and most technology stacks, Tavant has multiple long term projects. Last year we have grown at twice the industry rate again across the board. Hence project in a specific skills or technology stack is not an issue. However, given the fast pace of change on the technology front, even in well defined tech-stacks, there is considerable learning and new-ness. As a technical person, it is imperative for all of us to continuously learn and evolve to work in these new development paradigms.
