      Pros

      Nice work culture. Open door policy.You can easily approach management. Flexible timings.11-4 mandatory hours Early morning food coupons and late night food reimbursement. Late night cab facility. Annual trips and quarterly team parties.

      Lesser hikes. Lesser projects on python.

      Hikes are based on compensation benchmarking with respect to the market and individual’s performance. Tavant’s overall hikes have been higher than what similar companies have provided. On Python, we have a size-able number of projects commensurate with the number of people we have with these skills. All these projects are in the space a data engineering & web development.

      In 2018, Tavant has grown at twice the industry rate and has a healthy mix of customer for our products & solutions. We continue to sign several large customers every quarter. Over the next few years, Tavant has well defined plans to grow rapidly through a combination ofproducts and solutions. Tavant also continues to invest heavily on the products and has new product investments lined up.

      Changing projects might be difficult.

      There is a well defined process for changing projects. However, as is to be expected, changing a project needs buy-in from multiple stakeholders including the customers. While we all have our aspirations and the company will do everything to help employees realise the same, as employees we have the responsibility to ensure that our transition is smooth and it does not impact the existing customer or project team adversely.
