1. Flexible timings 2. Work from home for those who have laptops 3. Good Employee friendly policies 4. Work life balance 5. Good work culture 6. Job security

Cons

1. Lack of projects in Noida 2. Mostly support projects in Noida 3. Some untalented team leads are given full autonomy to run a project. This task should be done by managers as most of the team lead lack leadership skills and they try to make life of developers miserable.
