      Well balanced work life management Good work environment. Allowing employees to get rid of work tension by playing games and keeping all fun activities Updating employee standards

      Cons

      Less pay when compared with current market No special incentives or allowances bow leadevel 8.30 hours mandatory login and logout. No company bus/ cab. No work from home option for below lead level employees.
