      Good to learn end to end developement

      -small work staff, so has the startup feeling -allowed to assume responsibility for end to end development, so scope for learning is very good -very flexible schedule -excellent to start your tech carrier

      Cons

      -needs to organize stuff more -clear and transparent flow of action is missing, sometimes -must maintain quality and reputation over expansion

      .Net projects are good, using latest technologies, Full of scrum, Client interaction, Decent salary, Award function, 8 to 20% hike, Referral policy, Quarterly once Team Lunch and Movie at Forum IMAX, Yearly once Outing, Free breakfast before 9am, Half rate food after 7pm, Good location, Very good company for freshers

      8.30 hr mandatory, Work life balance depends on the project and client you work for, No cab facility (late night workers can book the cab and reimburse), Work from home, Laptops - only for Lead and above positions
