      Good work - the technology, domain are really good. Technology and solutions - very challenging. Good People - generally has good technical people.

      Pros

      The best reason to work for Tavant are very limited. The one reason would be it is small company, so you have visibility, but that doesn't help you in any positive way.

      Cons

      No leadership is left in the company, the goals of the company from establish a product has changed to a body shop model. Company has lost the key IP.
