      Company provides very good flexible timing. Management is open for your suggestion. Will get chance to work in cutting edge technologies. Nice work life balance.

      Cons

      Technical geeks are left the company. Should be self motivated person to join in this company, No training. Once it was pay master, failed to retain good resources as company grows.

      1. Management listen to your problems and some times actions are taken 2. The timings, environment and work culture is very fun oriented and flexible. 3. There are still few good people left

      Cons

      1. Work is not exciting any more 2. Fairness - Not due to prejudices but due to ignorance of senior management. The top management does not want to get involved. 3. The company is not growing and there are no good projects.
