      Company provides very good flexible timing. Management is open for your suggestion. Will get chance to work in cutting edge technologies. Nice work life balance.

      Cons

      Technical geeks are left the company. Should be self motivated person to join in this company, No training. Once it was pay master, failed to retain good resources as company grows.

      work culture is great, since its a small company exposure is very good, new people are accepted and given responsibility without hesitation. Nice place to work ..as politics is less.

      Cons

      not as organised as other big companies, things get messed up easily, no proper vision or planning by management
