      Pros

      Get to work in very complex projects for some prestigious clients. Real challenging work with tight deadlines, changing requirements etc.

      Cons

      Compensation may not be the best in the industry. Normal appraisal process. sometimes very tight project environment and some demanding clients.

      Pros

      Small company.Lots of exposure to work and full ownership of projects you work on. Greatly increases your feeling of responsibility.

      Cons

      Small company with very few client, so its very vulnerable to economic jolts. Also the management is somewhat less active than it should be.
