If you win a competition you can get cash or electronics.

Cons

You lie to people about getting them help knowing that you CAN'T help them. Management tracks your calls & will ask you why you are not on a call.

Pros

Compensation is good, but you are scamming people who are broke and barely getting by and you feel scummy after you realize its all lies. Yes, the script is a LIE and you are LYING to people who need your help the most for a quick buck.

Cons

Poor leadership & management who only care about money. Benefits package and PTO are awful. They will literally give you grief for taking a sick day, even when I had to take care of my kids.
