Cool people outside of work

Cons

- They write fake reviews on their Glassdoor. Someone in leadership literally spends all day making fake accounts to post here and on different business review sites to maintain a false positive image - Turnover rate of 85%. Ppl are constantly coming and going, you can be let go if you dont match "the vibe"

They steal your money They just lost a class action lawsuit for stealing from employees They let employees steal leads from the new employees. They only give dead leads to the new employees and only feed good leads to those who they like. And you'll be able to notice who they favor IMMEDIATELY.

Pros

Co-workers are generally very nice to work with. HR department is incredibly supportive.

Cons

Nepotism is a huge problem at this company. CEO hires friends and family for ANY position, regardless of experience. Executives/Management does NOT communicate well. They are very eager to hire and fire employees on a whim. They focus more on how to generate revenue than keep quality employees. I was fired for "violating" a policy that did not exist. They will terminate people without communicating with the HR department.
