Nice office environment, Friday lunch, High Energy environment

Cons

Don't believe the hype, will talk up potential to earn but end up holding you back. take your deals and give it to their favorites, manipulative and unethical sales floor, will call your clients and try and upsell them, push to close deals and lie to clients, no sense of morality, definitely cater to a small group of favorites and take your clients for their own gain, hire unqualified females for their looks and ruin your deals, promote their select favorite people who are not qualified for their jobs

A company of people who like to build themselves up but have no real substance.

Pros

They try to keep a high energy environment. Friendly at first.

Cons

Hostile work environment. When you try to do the job you were tasked to do, you are reprimanded or fired. CEO is basically a kid playing with thier parents money.

Pros

Uncapped commission with plenty of opportunity to reach your goals. Upward mobility possibilities. Catered lunches, and occasional breakfasts. Company events are extremely fun Staff is comprised of great people who are easy to get along with and work beside.

Cons

NONE AT ALL. Great place to work
