Unlimited commission, Monday through Friday.
Cons
Rigged system, stealing deals from employees, the owner and HR follow the women around like rabid dogs. No sales protection unless you're friends of the owners. The leads are recycled over and over again. They just delete the notes and pass them out again. They have sales protection rules but don't follow them and if you tell someone not too touch your leads you get fired because it's too confrontational even when it's a civil encounter.
