Pros

You get a paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for (22 year career in software)!! NO process. Management is very unorganized. Literally a free for all, in regards to standards and expectations. Very frustrating work experience!! Do NOT work here unless you absolutely can not find anything else. New employee on-boarding experience is so painful. Old technologies. Not willing to change or improve. Waterfall methodology.

Toxic favoritism and low pay impact morale

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

There are noticeable dynamics of favoritism and informal inner circles within the HR department, both inside and outside of the workplace, which can make the environment feel reminiscent of high school cliques. This impacts morale and limits open collaboration. Compensation falls below industry standards, making it difficult to feel valued or fairly rewarded for the work being done. Over time, that gap begins to wear on morale and motivation. Additionally, most—though not all—middle and upper management appear to take credit for work completed by their lower-level subordinates.

Thank you for sharing this perspective and we will use it to help with ongoing improvements. Best wishes in your future endeavors.
