      Pros

      Lots of positives with this company - hourly people are the most able to change roles and companies and try many different careers. Lots of opportunities for investment.

      Cons

      Women are still not consistently in the top 100 employees (unless you include HR then we might have ~20) with maybe 3-5 in any given year for decades. Leadership is not doing it on purpose but they take no action to learn how to look more broadly for leaders. They ask for proposals and investments but cannot follow through with technology projects. We do not prioritize customers and their experiences. Our systems are extremely old and heavy that it’s hard to do any improvements. Nearly all company leadership comes from operations and have little to no experience running teams like technology, marketing, or sales. Most of us can handle a lot but the gender issues still exist today in the same poor manner as they did 15-20 years ago. I thought by being here I’d help the organization do better but I don’t feel or see any impact - not by me or others despite our work.

      The Company is a joke

      The only good thing is there are some good co-workers.

      Cons

      They really need to start with new upper management and AM directors (as well as new leadership in production). They have no business sense or how to run a business. The leadership let a bunch of employees go in June - some really good ones. Dumped work on the rest of us because they had no plan - just cut $$s at that time. Then overwork us, and soon after had NEW postings for the jobs of people they let go in June. Of course hire new people with no knowledge at lower wages. Now they are making us be 5 days in office starting in Feb. Many people are mad about it. They need to make sure all the AM directors, VPs and others adhere to that same rule, otherwise you are going to lose more people. There are ones we know of who don't really do any work at home - so this may be because of them, but make everyone come in then.
