Almost everyone I work WITH, is kind, helpful and makes work a fun environment.

Cons

Over the past 2 years this company has moved from a decent place to work, mainly because of the people I worked with, to a culture of fear and retaliation. It is ABUNDANTLY clear that anyone who doesn't fully agree with upper management will be pushed out by making working conditions unpleasant or will simply be retaliated against by being fired.

shift work. some supervisors are not experienced so there is not much accountability

Friendly coworkers and decent training opportunities.

Cons

Not a fan of their bonus structure or the "bonuses" they give. They make you work on holidays, like Christmas Eve, but claim to be a "family oriented" company. Not enough CSR's for the amount of work we handle.
