Great brand - being part of the Adidas Group Good products - great innovation Multicultural environment Initiatives and entrepreneurship mindset is welcome Good bonus when you reach your target (30% of the basic salary), so you better reach it ! Good company if you want to start your career in a sports company and do not have experience. Playing golf on some of the best golf courses on the Globe

Lot of politics going on. This is slowing down the all organisation and can affect motivation of the staff. Current CEO (former European GM) seemed to show more concern about his career path ambition rather than the future of the company and the employees welfare. The question is why Taylormade Europe has never managed to keep its good employees ? What is the HR or talent management strategy? Why every 2 year it's restructuring ? On-going operational problems. Main concerns were supply chain and footwear quality issues affecting sales performances and brand image... Area sales managers feel exploited ( level of workload/ responsibilities and salary do not match) "squeezed like lemons. Please : no politics, more values and more skilled senior managers.

Pros

Benefits are great. Bonus when times are good. Exciting atmosphere and experiences when times are good. The people are passionate about their work and for the most part will drop everything to help. Good product and discounts. Free product if you are in the right department.

Cons

Priorities constantly changing. Company contributed 2nd largest profit to ownership ever in 2013 but bonuses were paid at a fraction of what they were in years past. Politics are overwhelming at times. You need to know what is going on in the organization, and who to get behind to advance.
