      Pros

      The product is cutting edge and it used to be a fun place to work. Fast paced, high energy and good people.

      Cons

      They miss Mark King. Since he left they are lost. They are compressing salaries and adding more work with the integration of the Adams brand.

      Pros

      Great benefits and overall good work environment. When company is making money they treat employees well and give them alot of perks. Fun events, bonus, give-aways. Mostly a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics. You have to play the game, make friends with the right people in order to advance in the company. Most promotions aren't given on merit.

      Pros

      Authentic to the game of golf, growth-oriented in a flat market, and people-oriented for the people associated with the primary brand. Historically the company has had the autonomy from adidas to operate freely.

      Cons

      The company has lost its way. The innovative, cohesive, aggressive culture has hit the pause button since the long-term CEO left and the market dynamics going forward are a significant challenge. The sport and market are shrinking and the current leadership isn't demonstrating the ability to meet those challenges.
