      Pros

      Schedule was pretty leniant, if you needed a day off just find someone to cover for you.

      Cons

      Management was terrible, the owners played favorites (always females & always based on attractiveness of employee.) A generally unorganized work environment. Strict nonsense rules implicated simply because someone in corporate offices wanted to have some kind of power. Shady business all around.

      The culture is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and nice. Benefit what they offer is one of the best.

      Discounts on apparel and equipment, fun industry to work in

      Management is a disaster. No structure or support for the employees. Horrible work attitudes on the upper level management. Supervisors and managers walk around like they are superior to everyone else. Many lazy people working in positions that lazy people should not be in such as HR and sales.
