      Direct manager was just plain mean and disrespectful. Everyone else at the company was great.

      Talented team, leadership has good intentions, generous benefits, competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Change is common - probably to common for the sake of morale and growth. You can't change your QB every Sunday and still expect to have a winning record at the end of the season.

      Great work Culture. Cool products! Small but tightly connected team

      Cons

      Training budget -virtually nil. IT staffing very low compared to the dynamic requirements of the business. It is frustrating sometime what is being called "lean" structure.
