      Great company culture. Many fringe benefits. Great, inspiring CEO. Top of the industry product. All functions from product development through direct labor.

      Cons

      Highly political environment. Growth is limited by who you are buddies with. Many micromanagers. You can accomplish a lot with little reward. The business is seasonal so at times you work nonstop. It can be a high stress environment.
