Its by far the number in demand golf brand. The product seems to be the best performing and selling across many of the major categories with TM concentrating on drivers.

Cons

Your performance/sales was expected to increase in order to make even money. Could never make more money year over year. Extremely high pressured.

Friendly work environment. My experience was that most people were willing to help if asked. If you enjoy golf, the benefits are great.

Cons

Sometimes cross-team communication is difficult and confusing. The direction of senior management is unclear sometimes. The culture can be intimidating if you are not a golf enthusiast.
