Pros

Benefits and insurance are unmatched Initially culture was amazing but has completely 180.

Cons

Have become big box PT company. Everything decision they make know is made by administration and not by clinic directors and so called owners. When any problems have arisen in the past 2 years it is always the clinic directors at fault and not the administration. It is sad where this company has gone.

We regret that you feel this way. Our clinic directors are our true partners and for a company of our size, we have the highest percentage of ownership available to our partners in the industry. In addition, our clinic directors continue to be regarded as the partners they are: they can run a relatively autonomous clinic, treat patients the way they see fit, be heavily involved in all the hiring in their clinics, buy the equipment they want & need as well as help shape the direction of continuing education for the clinic staff. This is very unlike any other "big box" PT company out there. We encourage you to reach out to Nick Weber, COO or Scott Delcomyn, CEO to discuss your concerns. They are former clinic directors themselves and be happy to sit down and discuss the details of your concerns and work on a common path forward as partners. We do thank you for the review as we value any and all feedback.
