RUN FOR THE HILLS - TEAM SELECT IS BEING SOLD TO A FINANCIAL COMPANY!!

Not much good at this company. Unfortunately Team Select's bottom line is the most important to them. Watching TS crumble has been very sad. From failing California offices, layoffs, and now choosing a Financial Firm to sell to while keeping it completely hidden from their employees. Fred Johnson was the only good thing keeping this company afloat and now he is leaving along with the CEO Mike Lovell. If they could not figure it out there is NO WAY a financial firm will make things better. Huge overhaul of the TA org - Little to no leadership and unqualified leaders stepping in.

Cons

Too many cons to list. Horrific benefits, they do not pay out PTO, toxic work culture, churn and burn recruiting metrics. Team Select has really fallen over the last 3+ years. If you are considering working for Team Select both from the administration or recruiting side of the house - Please look elsewhere. I have seen the turnover numbers - We cannot keep anyone to save our lives. Team Select is the definition of a sinking ship. Leave and get out when you can - Or better yet don't even start with this train wreck of a company. They do a very good job at hiding things and keeping their employees in the dark. Don't just drink the "kool-aid" because there is a lot of bad and sketchy things this company does. Cannot say enough bad things about this company. Absolutely embarrassed I devoted this much time to this company that surely does not care about their employees. Quite literally the most unprofessional work environment I have ever been in.

The Best Job/Company EVER!

I have worked for Team Select for almost Five years. I started in the in the field as a clinician and then was promoted into the office as a supervisor, this allotted me the opportunity and experience to understand all aspects of my team. I have been privileged to work with the best clinicians, intake, schedulers, DON's, and Managers in the business. The DON and Regional Director of Operations have looked out for me and supported me and I am not special! They do this for everyone. Not only to you get to help others for a living, but you also get to learn from the best and develop strong relationships with your teammates and coworkers, all while getting paid! Could not ask for a better place to work.

Cons

Direct communication should be more emphasized VS going through others. At times hearing guidance/suggestions/corrections/complaints through a chain of people can become overwhelming, when just a direct face to face teaching can be mutually beneficial.
