      Pros

      Team Velocity is an expanding company that puts employees first and recognizes each employee in order to support individual growth. Senior leadership is always willing to address concerns and help out any way they can. In addition, employees are always kept in the loop on company visions, thus making them feel included in long term goals.

      Cons

      Due to growth, it is difficult to keep track of who new employees are.

      Management brings passion, as well as experience, to its marketing business. That passion is infectious, and energizes the employees. Those who come here will both learn the business, and be given increasing responsibility. The CEO's door is always open and he works directly with everyone in the organization, from top to bottom.
