Pros

Awful benefits and time off policy. Work with top dealers in the nation. It's a very well connected company which is great for networking and personal career growth. Cool office, fun environment, lots of opportunity for entry level employees.

Cons

More interested in growth than retention. As someone else posted there are people at the company who are in key positions because they have been there a long time. Their lack of talent hurts efficiency and retention of clients and employees. Structure of company causes constant contention and makes people feel disconnected.

Pros

Incredible leadership team that invest in their employee's, constant ongoing training along with an incredible benefits package. Environment is warm friendly encouraging. They go above and beyond for their employees by doing different functions offsite to providing free health snacks throughout the day.

Cons

I wish I never left, sometimes you don't know how good you have it until you leave and organization.

Rapidly growing company that doesn't invest in human capital.

Pros

Some of the management are fantastic: understanding, supportive, positive leaders. Most of the employees are very friendly and generally hard working.

Cons

There are many talented people who are willing to work hard to move Team V into a new league of business, but the company insists on paying people the bare minimum, so they're hard pressed to keep good employees for very long. There are a few employees who are amazingly incompetent, and yet they have worked there for years and are allowed to continue to make problems and slow down everyone who is forced to work with them.
