Unethical-Run!

Pros

Large organization that is financially stable.

Cons

This company’s “financial stability” says more about its priorities than its integrity. They own two corporate jets, overstaff leadership with inflated salaries for redundant roles, and exploit underserved communities—all while preaching to the recruitment team that they’re doing “mission driven work.” It’s everything that’s wrong with healthcare wrapped into one organization. No HR leadership team should ever bring religion into company-wide meetings—it’s inappropriate, exclusionary, and offensive to anyone who doesn’t share the same beliefs. This is done in company wide meetings and nuanced throughout the daily. Management is completely disconnected from their teams, out of touch with the real work being done, and indifferent to fairness or accountability to being equitable and fair. It’s a toxic culture disguised as purpose-driven healthcare

Toxic work culture even in remote setting

Pros

Being able to work remote

Cons

Burnouts, lack of boundaries, no work life balance, late nights, weekends, no regard for mental health, inefficient processes, disconnect between leadership and the employee performing the task. Most content employees are lifers that are perceived to be high performers not because of their skills, because they have been here all their careers. Minimal to no training, high stress levels. Unrealistic deadlines. Most HR are consultants and don’t have the authority to make real change. Middle management is just following what’s referred from the top.
