      Losing hope fast

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, decent hourly pay, immediate managers are great to work for

      Cons

      The company continues to expect more with less. We get unrealistic deadlines but we manage to make it - thus setting us up for more work. If we did it once, why can’t we continue? Because we’re all burnt out. Administrative employees are not treated fairly. The company spends tens of thousands of dollars on bonuses etc for clinics staff and admin employees barely get raises. We call upper management snakes in the grass for a reason. We’re told how much we’re valued however the action is not there to support it.

      Organized Good recruiting effort Reasonable but not great benefits

      Cons

      If you agree to work 180hrs/month (full time) you will be scheduled for 190+ and when the census is low you are often “flexed off” a given shift and not paid. It is a system of forced unpaid backup.

      Pros

      independence in scheduling and locations of work

      Cons

      Just a huge organization that profits on the backs of physicians, pays extremely poorly and is not transparent in how pay is determined. Also not transparent with patients so they will get surprise bills that compromise your relationship with them.
