Pros
Flex hours, paid Holidays, casual dress.
Cons
Management continues to promote those who have not had enough experience in the field, have no education, and have no intent to improve the company. They like to hire within the "click", relatives, or those who could not do the work as a regular representative. They are not an equal opportunity employment-based company due to they will not post positions, they just put who they want to in them and when they are asked why the position was not posted they say it was posted for one hour. I have been with TeamHealth for over 12 years and have always felt that my job is in jeopardy due to being threatened at least twice a week. I have NO job security. They set production at unreachable limits all the while pull you away from your work to do special projects for them but you don't get the credit it only causes you not to meet production in turn keeping bonuses out of your reach them they write you up if you don't make it. We are talked down to, micromanaged, and underpaid. Not only do we not make what other companies with less work make, they make you pay extra on insurance for wellness. We have to pay extra for health risks if we are overweight, have a waist larger than 35 inches, high blood pressure, cholesterol, yet they fill our breakrooms with nothing but candy and bring in donuts, pizza, cakes etc., having "food day" and send out emails telling us to come eat. They cater in restaurants every day of the week. There are people who have longterm illnesses that cannot get better but they are charged just the same. They also hire people in with no experience in the medical field making more money than employees that have been there 14 plus years. I have made this company millions of dollars through correcting errors made by management but have NEVER been told thank you, always told not working hard enough.
