      Pros

      Company operates in many verticals and domains. Good for someone looking for a role in a specific field. Work Life balance can be maintained. As long as you are doing good, let you do your work,. Not very nosy.

      Cons

      Management not very strong and visionary. Miser money related policies. Minor things go for super high level approvals, CFO...as if he's like Helpdesk to approve requests from across the company. Talks a lot, but not really ready to spend money on emerging technologies and training their employees on them. Poor Hikes and Salary growth. Appreciations / Performance Review / Appraisals are a hoax. They just try to keep everyone happy by distributing something here and something there, for retention. Good for slackers, but sucks for Star Performers.
