Can't say anything good about the company

Pros

There isn't anything at all I could put, I put N/A, but wasn't acceptable with Glassdoor. Management isn't trustworthy as well, as the staff.

Cons

First, my recruiter lied to me when hiring me for a client I previously worked for. When you work with recruiters, you need to trust them, and that is something they completely lack. Never called during the entire contract period of time, and never lined anything up for me when they knew the contract ended. The client I worked for, not TechNeeds, was amazing and took me under their wing. Made amazing business relationships(which also complained about the company I worked for also, still to this day) When I had my frustrations about being lied to, and wanting to learn more, I went through the chain, and even the top of the chain was unreliable and unprofessional. I was taken into a conference room, and told I needed to leave, when asked why, it was not for discussion. I believe you should do your homework before accepting a job with the devil.

Pros

Overall Technical Needs is the best place I ever worked at! Company is very flexible with employees' time-off especially for family or health reason. The work-life balance with this company is real. Everybody works hard during the work hours - very fast paced, high-demand numbers of phone calls and all the aspects of recruiting business, however, employees have the luxury of separating between work and personal (family) which is very rare within this industry. Junior employees who has zero to a little of experience in the Recruiting business are very welcome to join the company if they are willing to learn, and with the team work environment most of the time everybody are helping each other. Very positive work environment, 1 hour dedicated lunch time everyday, and company is very diverse in term of experience, gender, and professional background of employees.

Cons

The commission structure is almost non-existence, however they do pay the higher base salary compared to many other agencies.
