Everything else. It's a soul crushing job that lacks respect from clients and management. They draw you in with "every department has someone from client services!" Which is untrue. In my two years I saw much more outside hire than inward promotion. The client services was also predominately women, and the few who did get promoted where all men. The head of the department openly complains about his employees. The pay is laughable and the HR department could basically not exist. This place is an utter mess with uninspiring management. You couldn't pay me enough to work here again - not that they'd ever offer it.

Those great people are generally stuck in no- growth positions which offer few rewards, while others who have figured out how to game the system get to hide in higher paying jobs with little accountability. We've lost some great people as a result and have not replaced them in many cases. Ability to suck up to CEO, not necessarily be effective at your job, generally creates path for growth. Org has committed to not increasing salaries for past two years and there appears to be no change in that any time soon.
