Pros

I believe in both the vision and mission. TechSoup provides unique and valuable services to the sector and has very broad reach

Cons

TechSoup is struggling to keep up with changes in technology. It's business model for sustainability appears to be in a long-term decline, and the organization has not yet developed significant new lines of business.

Pros

Excellent work/home balance, scheduling flexibility, fun and engaging coworkers, challenging and engaging work, plenty of sick and vacation time, Paid winter vacation every year, well established intranet makes it easy for teams to collaborate and see what others are working on, Plenty of good meeting rooms available with projectors and VoIP phones

Cons

They believe in "not for profit" salary rates, which means you'll be making less than industry standard. Open office space makes it hard to focus on getting work done.
